BRENDA McLEAN
Brenda McLean is co-founder of McLean Group and today chiefly responsible for providing guidance on major corporate and investment decisions at the board of directors level, including on transactions, management issues and financial performance. During the formative real estate development period, Brenda oversaw leasing and supported the business in her capacity as a licenced realtor in British Columbia.
Brenda is also responsible for McLean Group’s philanthropic activities in health and education. She has been an advisory board member of the Faculty of Arts at the University of British Columbia, co-chaired two most recent UBC capital campaigns, and is a past director and member of the executive committee of the Vancouver Hospital and Health Sciences Centre. She is also a past director of Queen’s University Council and the Vancouver Art Gallery and has completed the Family in Business program at Harvard University.
